Taekeia Dowling is a mom, wife, and a Captain in the Army National Guard. She graduated from Troy State University in Alabama with a major in business and psychology. She has a passion for helping people with experience ranging from being a financial advisor to a mental health counselor for children.

Dominique Gilliam is a RN with 10 years experience in healthcare in different roles that bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the organization. As a Norfolk State University graduate, she got her education and experience in the same community that she was looking to serve. Her compassion and knowledge are essential to the success of the care side of the organization.
